Leak Detection Specialist needed for tristate company who is expanding territory!

 

Starting wage will be between $25-32/hr.

As a leak detection specialist/plumber's assistant, you will use proven techniques, modern equipment, and observational problem solving skills to locate hidden water leaks in residential and commercial properties, and perform plumbing repairs.  We work with residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal clients throughout the Pacific Northwest and Montana."

 

Training: You will train in Coeur d'Alene before returning to Montana with a fully equipped truck.  Your days begin and end at your home! 

 

Job responsibilities: 

• Inspect the property for hidden water leaks and perform plumbing repairs as required
• Extend courtesy and thoughtfulness to all customers - answering their questions and reducing stress
• Clearly communicate job arrival, departure, delays, and other critical updates with office staff
• Create comprehensive, detailed reports on your findings for the client and their insurance copmany
• Secure and maintain your provided equipment, reorder supplies to stock your truck, ensure your company-provided truck receives routine maintenance, repair, and milestone servicing to remain reliable and operational

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of steady employment and hands on experience in plumbing leak detection or other transferrable skills including construction, restoration, appliance repair, HVAC, and low voltage installation
• Good communication skills are a must!
• General knowledge of the fundamental concepts of residential and commercial plumbing
• Self Motivation
• Clean driving record with experience in driving a company vehicle to job sites
• Must pass a standard background check and drug screen
