Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and motivated Welders for openings in Forest Lake, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $18–$19/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

• Location: Forest Lake, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components according to specifications

• Read and interpret basic blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions

• Fit, position, and clamp parts prior to welding

• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience preferred (MIG welding highly valued)

• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
