Hours: Full time, M-F 6a-2p, some Saturdays are required!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Manager to oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels across our facility. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
• Monitor stock levels and reconcile discrepancies promptly
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report inventory data
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory

Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory management and stock control processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must!
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting
• Ability to walk, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
