Position Overview
Express Employment is seeking a driven, competitive Outside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships and generating new business. This role is perfect for a “lone hunter” — someone who is motivated, confident, and energized by meeting new people and closing deals.
You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients both in-person (door-to-door) and over the phone, building strong relationships, and helping grow our business.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce services and generate new business
- Make outbound calls to connect with potential clients and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities and close deals
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a love for talking with people
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face interactions
- Confident handling a high volume of phone calls and outreach
- Highly competitive, driven, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and stay focused on goals
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
