Industrial Maintenance Technician – 

Our client, a leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Tech to keep production lines running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to diagnose issues, fix them right the first time, and prevent them from coming back.

Direct Hire Position

Pay Range:  $30 to $40/hour (Depending on what you bring)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment, including high-speed production lines, forming and cutting machines, shrink-wrapping systems, and material handling equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues involving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and production upgrades.

• Accurately document maintenance activities and schedules using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to address equipment performance issues and drive continuous improvement.

• Uphold and support safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), PPE compliance, and proper equipment guarding.

• Conduct routine inspections to proactively identify potential equipment failures or safety risks.

• Contribute to meeting plant performance goals, KPIs, and operational benchmarks.

• Participate in 5S and other workplace organization initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.

• Proven expertise in mechanical systems, electrical diagnostics, and PLC troubleshooting.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
