Location: Pharr, TX

Pay: $9.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – Finish (Shift may extend up to midnight based on workload)

 

Position Summary
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Warehouse Stackers / Palletizers for a cold storage facility in Pharr, TX. This role involves stacking, organizing, and securing product on pallets in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in cold temperatures.

Job Duties

• Stack boxes and materials onto pallets in an organized and stable manner
• Strap and secure pallets for storage or shipment
• Move and position products as needed throughout the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a cold storage environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Steel toe boots required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work long hours as needed
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required

Work Environment

• Cold storage warehouse environment with extended standing and physical activity
• Shift end time may vary based on production needs
