General Labor/ HVAC Helper - Ascension Parish - B753

Responsibilities:

  • Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems

  • Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites

  • Help with ductwork, piping, and unit installation

  • Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision

  • Keep work areas clean and organized

  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

  • No prior HVAC experience required—training will be provided

  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the trade

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment

  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, sometimes in confined spaces or at heights

  • Valid driver’s license preferred

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
