CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join a local manufacturing company. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating CNC equipment to produce quality parts while meeting production and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery (mills, lathes, or other CNC equipment) according to specifications
• Load and unload materials and finished parts
• Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as needed
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred (training may be available for entry-level candidates)
• Ability to read basic blueprints or work instructions is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to use measuring tools accurately
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime as needed

Schedule

• Full-time
• Shift may vary (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift available, depending on placement)
