Salary: $18-$25/hour

Job Description:

As a Maintenance Technician at, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing excellence of properties. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, performing repairs, and managing various maintenance systems. If you are a jack-of-all-trades with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Indiana Driver's License
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in maintenance and construction
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of basic tools and appliances
• Physically fit for heavy lifting (up to 75 pounds)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain property condition and functionality
• Inspect, repair, and maintain equipment and structures
• Manage heating, plumbing, and general maintenance systems
• Schedule repairs and perform quality checks
• Assist with budget planning and inventory management
• Respond to service requests and emergencies
• Perform a variety of duties in all weather conditions
