Location: Radford, VA
Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts (7:30 AM–5:30 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)

• 2-Year-Old Classroom Teacher
• 3-Year-Old Classroom Teacher
• Floater (Support as Needed)

Job Summary:
Seeking dependable and compassionate teachers to support a nature-based early childhood learning environment. Candidates will assist with classroom activities, support child development, and help maintain a safe and engaging learning space.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily classroom routines and activities
• Assist with child supervision and engagement
• Follow established curriculum and learning plans
• Maintain a safe and structured classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with staff and children

Qualifications:

• Degree preferred (education or related field)
• Clean background required
• Passion for working with children
• Ability to work in a team-based classroom environment
