Project Manager / Estimator
Location: Kapolei, HI
Pay: $80,000 – $100,000/year (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday

Express Employment has partnered with a well-established, family-owned construction company specializing in commercial and industrial painting, coating, and wall systems across Hawaii.  The Project Manager / Estimator will support commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. With 50+ years in the business, this team is known for delivering high-quality work, strong project execution, and maintaining long-term client relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid submissions
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment
• Track project costs, budgets, and change orders
• Review daily reports and monitor job progress
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Support field operations and assist with job site coordination

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in construction estimating and/or project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience with estimating or project management software (Bluebeam, BuzzBid, or similar) preferred
