CSR/Sales Support

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Location: Onsite, Edison NJ

Schedule: PART TIME, 9AM-3PM M-F

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating communications to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve payment deductions, assist with new item submissions, review and respnd to customer inquiries.
• Manage inbound and outbound freight logistics. Verify rate quotes, schedule shipments for delivery or customer pickup.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles with a track record of delivering excellent client service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with MS Great Plains software or other sales support tools is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation and basic spreadsheets.
• Bilingual Spanish and English
