Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive industrial equipment projects from order intake through commissioning. This role will serve as the key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage project progression from order intake to final commissioning 
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal production teams 
• Track project budgets, costs, and expenditures 
• Participate in and lead milestone and production meetings 
• Coordinate and oversee intermediate quality checks and final inspections 
• Develop and maintain project schedules, reports, and tracking tools
• Collaborate with engineering teams to coordinate mechanical and electrical requirements
• Follow up with clients regarding project status, deliverables, and invoicing
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and contractual requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing projects, production programs, or technical teams
• Strong background in industrial machinery, OEM equipment, or manufacturing environments
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and tracking
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple priorities
• Technical aptitude with the ability to coordinate across engineering and production teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred)
• Experience with municipal and/or government contracts
• Background in wastewater treatment equipment, industrial systems, or process equipment
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Occasional domestic and international travel may be required
