Job Duties:

• Provide phone support to customers experiencing issues with our kiosks.
• Troubleshoot technical problems related to network and internal LAN setups.
• Guide customers through reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.
• Assist with mechanical adjustments and wire landing.
• Accurately log and document all customer interactions and solutions in our ticketing system.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in network setup and troubleshooting.

Experience:

• 1-2 years technical customer support
• Prior help desk experience
