Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Alternating Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Universal Banker. This role is responsible for handling teller transactions, opening new accounts, and promoting bank products and services while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Open new accounts and assist customers with selecting appropriate services
• Cross-sell bank products and services
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account issues
• Order checks and debit cards, assist with account balancing, and process wires
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Assist with general office duties such as filing and administrative support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Teller and/or banking experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good math and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
