Summary: The Labor Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission of certified payroll records using systems such as LCP Tracker, Elations, and the CA DIR website. This role reviews and maintains compliance documentation in accordance with prevailing wage laws, prepares certified payroll reports, and tracks apprenticeship and labor requirements. The coordinator also manages data entry, document control, and internal records while ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations, established procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of clerical work, payroll, administrative support acceptable.
  • Preferred: Experience with prevailing wage and labor compliance is a plus.
  • Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, third party payroll systems (Costal Payroll), Sage accounting software.

Responsibilities and Duties: Manage weekly submission of certified payroll reports through LCP Tracker, Elations, and the DIR system, while ensuring all required labor compliance documentation is prepared and maintained for each project. Responsibilities include tracking apprentice and skilled workforce hours, maintaining prevailing wage and fringe rate tables in payroll and accounting systems, and preparing monthly fringe and training reports. The role also involves coordinating subcontractor compliance packets, issuing required notices (e.g., DAS forms), monitoring labor compliance data, and supporting overall adherence to prevailing wage and regulatory requirements.

 

Schedule: Part-Time, hybrid and typically business hours (7am-3:30pm, 7:30am-4pm, 8am-4:30pm, etc.).
