Salary: $18-$30

Express Employment Professionals are seeking skilled welders with experience in fabrication, production, pipe, or structural welding. This is a full-time opportunity with a supportive team and long-standing manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Perform TIG, MIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored welding with verifiable proficiency
•   Set up, lay out, and tack frames to tight tolerances
•   Achieve required cosmetic finishes using grinders and sanders
•   Safely move parts and heavy frames on/off machinery and throughout the facility
•   Read and interpret blueprints and drawings in both Metric and Standard units

Qualifications:

•   Previous verifiable welding experience required
•   Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
•   Must provide personal welding hood
•   Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and safety practices
