A reputable Fort Myers-based company is seeking a skilled Powder Coating Technician to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating to aluminum window shutter components with precision and consistency
• Operate industrial powder coating equipment, including powder guns
• Hang coated materials on racks and prepare for heat curing process
• Read and follow detailed cut sheets and job specifications
• Utilize hand tools to support production and workstation tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior powder coating experience is required
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, cut sheets, and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift in a warehouse setting
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible for overtime opportunities
