Schedule: Tuesday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm | Saturday 9:00am–2:00pm
(Closed Sunday & Monday)
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a busy flooring and interior products showroom in Hot Springs Village. We are seeking a friendly, professional Office Administrator who will serve as the first point of contact for customers—both in person and over the phone.
This role is perfect for someone who naturally provides excellent customer service—you’re the kind of person where customers can hear and see your smile.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and manage a 5-line phone system
- Provide information, direct inquiries, and support the sales team
- Perform general office administrative tasks
- Navigate multiple software systems to enter and manage information
- Support daily operations in a fast-paced team environment
What They’re Looking For
- Previous office administration and customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, positive demeanor
- Comfortable multitasking and staying organized in a busy environment
- Computer savvy with the ability to learn multiple systems
- Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
