Key Responsibilities

• Measure, install, and secure drapery, curtains, rods, blinds, and other window treatments
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and overall appearance of installations
• Review job specifications and confirm accurate measurements prior to installation
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on-site
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers

Qualifications

• Previous experience installing drapery, blinds, or window treatments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Comfortable working on ladders and handling physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom window treatments
• Basic carpentry or construction background
