Our client located in Elgin, IL is seeking a Production Assistant Supervisor to join their manufacturing team. In this role, you will support daily production operations by assisting with scheduling, staffing, training, and workflow coordination within a regulated environment. You will monitor production activities to ensure personal-care and pharmaceutical-grade products are produced, filled, packaged, and documented in compliance with GMP, FDA, safety, and quality standards. This position works closely with the Production Supervisor and production staff to ensure accurate documentation, clear communication, and consistent production output.

Assembler Responsibilities:

Pack finished products into boxes, cartons, or trays according to specifications
Inspect bottles, caps, labels, and seals for defects or inconsistencies
Monitor the production line and remove defective products
Assemble boxes, apply labels, and palletize finished goods
