Location: Missoula, MT
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview:

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a reputable roofing and gutter company in Missoula, MT to hire an experienced Gutter Installer. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and enjoys working outdoors as part of a reliable crew.

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on gutter installation experience who is ready to jump in and contribute from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Install and repair gutters on residential and commercial properties
• Measure, cut, and assemble gutter systems with accuracy
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Work on ladders and rooftops at varying heights
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of gutter installation experience (required)
• Construction or roofing experience preferred
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
• Ability to work outdoors in all Montana weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team mindset
• Clean driving record

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials regularly
• Comfortable standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
