Parts Counter
· $20/Hour to start
· Londonderry, NH
· Monday – Friday, with some OT avail on Saturday
· First Shift, 7:30am – 5pm
· Knowledge or Fischer plow parts is a HUGE plus!

Duties:
· Answer incoming calls and greet customers in the show room.
· Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability and product features.
· Look up parts and cross reference part numbers in books and online.
· Determine sales price for customers and generate customer quotes and invoices for each sale in a timely manner.
· Collect payment from customers in accordance with company procedure.
· Maintain confidentiality of pricing lists and structures as required by company policy.
· Handle warranty or defective parts for customers in accordance with company procedure
· Process approved credits for customer when merchandise is returned.
· Listens to and resolves service complaints and informs manager of any issues
· Utilize non-selling, non-servicing time by studying catalogs, reviewing price sheets, bulletins, changes, additions, and deletions.
· Ensure that counter parts area and show room is clean and in order and that display areas encourage sales.
· Ensure that product catalogs are current. Discard old ones and replace with new ones.
· Reliable Attendance
· Keep accurate record of all hours worked and submit in a timely manner
· Performs other related duties as assigned
