General Manager Job Highlights:

• Full-time, 1^st shift position
• Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm, Saturday-Sunday 8:00am-3:00pm
• Scheduling flexibility within operating hours
• Pay: $20-25 per hour, depending on experience

 General Manager Job Summary

The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the store, including team leadership, daily operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. This role combines hands-on involvement with strategic oversight, ensuring smooth operations, strong team development, and consistent execution of company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Guest Experience: handle concerns, open and close the store, and plan ahead for events and demand
• Financial & Administrative: schedule baristas and other staff, monitor inventory, coordinate with vendors for orders, and initiate bank deposits
• Leadership: interview, onboard, train, coach, and develop employees
• Monitor and drive key metrics including labor, sales, and guest satisfaction
• Act as the primary decision-maker for the store

General Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of previous management experience in retail, food service, or café required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Open availability including weekends, opening, and closing shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
