Salary: $18/hr

We are seeking Warehouse Leads to join our client's team in Holliston, MA. 

Schedule: (M-F) 7am - 3:30pm

Pay Rate: $18/hr

• Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and directing employees to meet productivity goals.
• Operations & Fulfillment: Coordinating receiving, processing, and shipping of orders, often using specialized equipment.
• Inventory Accuracy: Conducting cycle counts, monitoring stock levels, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforcing OSHA regulations and company safety procedures; conducting facility inspections.
• Problem Resolution: Monitoring work orders for accuracy and troubleshooting shipping or inventory errors. 

• Experience: Usually 1-3 years of warehouse experience, often with prior leadership experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Equipment Operation: operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for team coordination and vendor communication.
