Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Our client in New Bedford is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients through outbound calling and warm calling techniques, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth. The Inside Sales Representative will sell to and service accounts via phone and email. Source new sales opportunities through direct and indirect lead follow-up. Recommend and execute pricing strategies.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Duties:

• Lead and evaluate new product development initiatives.
• Coordinate and communicate technical requirements with the Operations team.
• Manage quality claims, including entry, evaluation, and communication of resolutions to customers.
• Plan raw material requirements to align with customer forecasts.
• Generate production orders based on sales forecasts.
• Prepare and process customer quotes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, aligning with sales strategies and customer needs.
• Review sales contracts and accurately enter order details.
• Conduct ongoing customer needs assessments and provide post-sales support.
• Process orders by coordinating with production, communicating delivery timelines, and providing updates on inventory levels.
• Perform routine follow-up with customers to support sales efforts.
• Complete all required company and role-specific training.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Experience:

• 1-3 years customer service experience required
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Manufacturing is a plus
• MUST have knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and content management systems such as WordPress is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or SQL is a plus but not required.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for compelling copywriting.
• Demonstrated interest in digital marketing trends including performance marketing and e-commerce strategies.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
