Facility Maintenance

We are seeking a facility maintenance person! This person is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of equipment and facility grounds.

Job duties consist of-

-Completing work orders and required facility, equipment and grounds repair.

-Maintain and monitor system HVAC systems

-Operate and test systems and equipment and ensure required equipment calibrations are completed and documented.

-Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment by following all standards and procedures.

Specialized knowledge

• HVAC System repair and operations
• Part and tool inventory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft word and excel 

Working Conditions

• Temp controlled facility enviroment
• Exterior facility grounds

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 50lbs
