• Complete work orders related to facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance
• Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Operate, inspect, and test systems and equipment
• Ensure required equipment calibrations are completed and properly documented
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment by following all company standards and procedures

🧠 Specialized Skills & Knowledge

• HVAC system operation, maintenance, and repair
• Parts, tools, and inventory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

🏢 Working Environment

• Temperature‑controlled indoor facility
• Outdoor facility and grounds maintenance as needed

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
