We are seeking an Experienced Security Guard to oversee our warehouse production team in Holliston, MA.

Schedule: (M-F) 7am-3:30pm

Pay Rate: $20/hr

• Patrolling: Conducting regular, random foot or vehicle patrols of the interior and exterior perimeter.
• Access Control: Monitoring entrances, checking credentials for employees/visitors, and securing gates, doors, and windows.
• Surveillance: Monitoring CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and security feeds to detect intruders or safety hazards.
• Emergency Response: Responding to incidents, providing first aid or assistance, and contacting law enforcement or emergency services.
• Reporting: Writing detailed, accurate, and timely incident reports.
• Safety Enforcement: Enforcing site-specific rules, regulations, and safety policies. 

• Background Check: Clean criminal record and drug testing.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for reporting and interaction.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work in varied weather conditions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with security technology (radios, surveillance systems).
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED; prior law enforcement or military experience.
