Do you want your work to mean something? Our client is a well-established nonprofit in Grapevine on the front lines of helping people in need right here in the DFW community. They provide essential resources to families and individuals going through hard times, every single day. This is a hands-on leadership role where what you do directly supports that mission.

What you'll be doing:

Sort, tag, and price donated items including clothing, household goods, and toys. Collaborate with management and team leads to execute daily and weekly action plans. Train and support production team members and volunteers. Deliver merchandise to resale stores at least 2x per week. Ensure shipments are accurate and complete before every delivery. Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles and report any maintenance needs promptly.

Who's a good fit:

Previous warehouse, production, or logistics experience — lead or supervisory experience is a plus. Comfortable behind the wheel and able to operate a delivery vehicle safely. Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on getting shipments right. A natural leader who can guide a team and work well with volunteers. Passion for community service and mission-driven work.

Work schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
