Warehouse Associate – High-Performance Distribution Center

• Candidates with forklift experience (especially reach truck or cherry picker) are strongly preferred—but we’re open to training the right person with the right mindset

What You’ll Do:

• Pick, scan, and pack automotive parts using an RF scanner with extremely high accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet movers
• Track and verify part numbers and serials while ensuring inventory accuracy
• Work across different warehouse areas and contribute to the team wherever needed
• Continuously improve your pick rate and productivity—week over week
• Lift, move, and organize products with care, precision, and safety in mind

 Ideal Qualifications:

• Some college or technical training preferred—but strong work ethic matters most
• Previous experience with performance metrics like pick rate, accuracy, or productivity
• Strong communication skills and an ability to manage your own workload
• Comfortable being on and off equipment (this is not a sit-on-the-lift-all-day job)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, be on your feet throughout the shift, and work overtime as needed
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
