Our Metairie office is seeking an experienced, versatile Mechanic for a long-term, full-time position in Kenner, LA. This role is perfect for a technician who enjoys variety—handling everything from specialized small gas-powered tools to heavy-duty diesel trucks.
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00 / Hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Status: Full-Time / Long-Term Assignment
Location: Kenner, LA
Diesel Service: Maintenance and repair of diesel fleet vehicles (F-350, F-450, and F-550 models).
Small Engine Repair: Servicing gas-powered tools and equipment including saws, core machines, and small Bobcats.
Diagnostics: Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems across various equipment types.
General Maintenance: Ensuring all tools and vehicles are job-ready and meeting safety standards.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional mechanic experience (Diesel and/or Small Engine).
Licensing: Must have a Valid Driver’s License (RealID preferred).
Credentials: Must have a TWIC Card or the ability to obtain one.
Safety: Must have OSHA 10 certification or the ability to obtain it.
