Location: Englewood, Ohio
Schedule: Rotating Schedule | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM  Every Other Weekend is a 3-Day Weekend! 
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead for a distribution facility in Englewood, Ohio. This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, supporting team members, and ensuring productivity and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and support warehouse team members during daily operations
• Oversee material handling, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
• Operate forklifts and assist with moving materials as needed
• Ensure productivity goals and quality standards are consistently met
• Train and guide employees on processes and safety procedures
• Monitor workflow and communicate with supervisors on production needs

Requirements:
• Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to work a rotating 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM schedule
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Safety-minded with strong attention to detail
• Dependable with consistent attendance
