Job Summary:

• Lead and support a team of pick/pack associates in a production/fulfillment environment
• Ensure daily productivity, accuracy, and quality standards are met
• Assist with picking, packing, and order fulfillment as needed
• Provide direction, training, and support to team members
• Monitor workflow and help keep operations running efficiently
• Maintain a positive, team-focused environment on the floor
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments

Location:
Indianapolis, IN (Park 100 Area)

Position Type:
Evaluation Hire (Full-Time)

Schedule:
M-F 5am-1:30pm

Pay:
$20.00/hr

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a pick/pack, warehouse, or fulfillment environment
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Ability to lead by example and stay engaged with the team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, focused, and team-oriented mindset
