Production Associate (Short-Term Project)

Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial water pumps located near the downtown Indianapolis area. They operate in a structured, team-oriented environment supporting production, assembly, and distribution of critical equipment used across multiple industries.

Job Summary:

• Break down kitting packs (150–160 total) and audit contents for accuracy
• Inspect, organize, and correct kit components as needed
• Repack materials according to instructions and prepare for shipment
• Perform light assembly and production tasks using hand tools
• Work with mechanical components related to pump systems
• Follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy throughout the process
• Support overall production and shipping needs in a fast-paced environment

Location:
Indianapolis, IN (Near Downtown)

Position Type:
Short-Term Assignment (6–8 weeks, potential for extension)

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay:
$20.00/hr

Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers/inventory
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Previous experience in assembly, production, or light industrial work preferred
• Experience working with mechanical parts or equipment is a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
