Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, multi-client 3PL environment focused on dry and ambient storage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume warehouse operations, team leadership, and process optimization, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This pivotal role involves managing inventory control, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure seamless supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in warehouse supervision, transportation management, and process improvement initiatives. Your leadership will drive operational efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and uphold safety standards while maintaining excellent service levels across all warehouse functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Manage multi-client 3PL operations with strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff (supervisors, leads, and associates)
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and cycle counts using WMS systems
  • Optimize warehouse layout, slotting, and space utilization
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and customers
  • Monitor productivity, labor efficiency, and operational costs
  • Maintain safety compliance (OSHA standards) and enforce best practices
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client operations and issue resolution
  • Implement SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a 3PL environment (REQUIRED)

  • Strong experience managing dry/ambient storage operations
  • Proven experience in multi-client warehouse environments
  • Hands-on experience with WMS systems (NetSuite, Manhattan, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills (20+ employees preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
