Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general office duties including phone handling, mail sorting, appointment scheduling, and document preparation.

• Maintain accurate records by managing billing, data entry, and account reconciliation.

• Support payroll functions and provide excellent customer service to visitors, clients, and team members.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience reconciling accounts and familiarity with payroll processes.

• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication and organizational skills.
