Installer Level 1

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 6a-3p
Pay: $19-23 depending on experience
Location: Lancaster County

Looking to hire dependable and detail-oriented Installers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position responsible for installing products and coating floors at customer sites while ensuring every project meets company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has experience and the desire to work in construction industry.

Duties Include:

Assists with the preparation of jobsite
Serving our customers with professionalism & enthusiasm
Working with our team to set up equipment, prepare the surface, install epoxy and paint systems, and more
Uphold our brand promise, values and standards
Approach their work with enthusiasm and detail
Follow scopes of work to ensure successful outcomes
Follow safety plans and procedures

Necessary Skills:

Competent with power and hand tools
Able to operate mechanical equipment
Able to work on scaffolding and lift equipment
Attention to detail and enthusiasm for a job well done

Must Haves:

Valid Driver’s License
High School Diploma
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Willingness to learn

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, crouch, and climb for extended periods
Comfort working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Ability to work at heights or confined spaces if required
