Job Summary:

• Grind and smooth metal parts using hand grinders and sanding tools
• Perform repetitive production tasks with consistency and attention to detail
• Handle metal materials, which may involve heavy lifting
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed

1st Shift (Schedule will be discussed during interview)

Pay:
$20.08/hr

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on work for extended periods
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing
• Strong work ethic and reliability are a must
• Experience in a welding, fabrication, or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Experience using hand grinders, sanders, or similar tools is helpful but not required
• Interest in learning new skills and growing within a company
