Job Title: Warehouse / Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (35 hours)
Pay Rate: $20/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role combines customer support responsibilities with hands-on warehouse work, including inventory movement and order handling. The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with customers while also performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and availability
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to audio products
  • Process warranty claims, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns
  • Perform warehouse duties including heavy lifting and material handling
  • Operate pallet jacks and assist with loading/unloading shipments
  • Support large inventory relocation and organization projects
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Warehouse experience – loading/unloading, material handling, shipping & receiving, etc.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor throughout the shift
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer skills and ability to learn new programs
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
