We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of an Apartment facility in Augusta, GA. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in maintaining safe, welcoming spaces, we’d love to hear from you!

Compensation: $ 26.00 an hour

Schedule: 8am – 5pm

Job Overview: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and general upkeep of the property, good people skills, attention to detail, team player.

Key Responsibilities

·         Completion of all services in a timely manner according to Walton procedures.

·         Timely completion of Preventive Maintenance.

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC)
• Maintain moisture management and Freon Logs
• Assist with inspecting and maintaining playground equipment and update log monthly. Ensure property appearance is at all times including grounds, office, models, golf cart, amenity areas and vacant apartments, etc. Ensure personal appearance at the facility meets the standards at all times including appropriate uniform.
• Maintain the maintenance of the pool according to county and company standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Report on major repair needs to supervisors

Requirements

• Clean background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum of 2-4 years of maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• HVAC certification or CPO certification is optional, High School Diploma, Technical School Diploma (
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
