About the Role
This Walkie Rider Order Selector position works in a frozen warehouse environment in Vinita Park, Missouri. Associates use a voice-directed headset and an electric double-fork pallet jack (walkie rider) to pick frozen grocery product with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and safety. Performance is measured by pace and accuracy.

• Shift: 2nd Shift | 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Use a voice-prompted headset to receive picking instructions and bin locations
• Operate an electric pallet jack (walkie rider with long forks) to pick frozen product
• Locate bin numbers accurately and select cases for grocery store delivery
• Build pallets according to order requirements while maintaining pace standards
• Meet productivity and accuracy metrics in a fast-paced frozen warehouse

To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:

• Direct experience as a walkie rider operator or order selector
• 2–3 years of electric pallet jack experience
• Ability to hear, understand, and remember voice-directed instructions
• Experience learning and performing order selecting processes
• Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and safety
