Process Operator / Shift Support Technician — Berkeley, MO

About the Role
This Process Operator role supports daily production operations at an industrial manufacturing facility in Berkeley, Missouri. You will operate process equipment, support the Plant Manager and Shift Operator, and step in as backup Shift Operator when needed to ensure production goals, safety standards, and product quality are consistently met.

What We Offer

• Pay:
  • $25.00 per hour (2nd Shift)
  • $26.00 per hour (3rd Shift)
• Shift: 2nd and 3rd shifts available
• Weekly pay

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor process equipment to support daily production goals
• Assist the Plant Manager and Shift Operator with production oversight
• Back up the Shift Operator when absent or unavailable
• Operate forklifts to move materials and support production flow
• Assist with training employees on processes, procedures, and safety
• Support scheduling and coordination of daily production requirements as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:

• Direct experience as a process operator, production operator, or similar manufacturing role
• Forklift operation experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting production scheduling or shift operations
• Ability to assist with employee training and follow plant safety standards
• Strong understanding of production workflows and process equipment
