About the Role
This Warehouse Cycle Counter / Forklift Operator role supports a distribution and logistics operation in St. Louis, Missouri. The position focuses on inventory accuracy, material movement, and outbound shipping using multiple types of material handling equipment while processing transactions in WMS and ERP systems on a consistent first-shift schedule.

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform cycle counting to maintain accurate inventory levels
- Operate material handling equipment including stand-up dock trucks, reach trucks, swing-reach, sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks
- Pick, verify, stage, and load outbound orders accurately
- Prepare and load outbound shipments efficiently to meet shipping schedules
- Process inventory and shipment transactions in WMS and ERP systems
To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:
- Direct experience in cycle counting and warehouse inventory control
- Proven experience operating stand-up dock trucks, reach trucks, swing-reach, sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks
- Experience picking, staging, and loading outbound shipments
- Ability to accurately process transactions in WMS and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
