Distribution company in Buford is currently hiring and experience Warehouse Associate. Overall, the position involves shipping, receiving, and picking order tasks within the distribution center. Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and shipping products to customers on time with minimal errors. Assist drivers with pulling all orders daily and planning local deliveries.
Essential Functions for the Warehouse Associate:
• Responsible for receiving truck and small carrier shipments into the system and putting away the product into its assigned location appropriately.• Responsible for fulfilling and picking customer orders based off company pick tickets and staging orders appropriately for shipping.• Generating labels and shipping documents for all picked orders via company TMS and organizing shipments appropriately for carrier pick-ups or truck company truck deliveries.• Ensure the fulfillment of customers’ orders are processed accurately and timely.• Assist with inventory placement and inventory identification, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure movement of inventory is accurate and timely.• This position may be assigned to specific areas of the distribution center based on the daily needs; which would include receiving, shipping, inventory management, facility maintenance, customer or inventory inquiries.
Pay: $16.50
Hours: 8am - 5pm
