About the Role
This Finish Prep & Packaging Associate role works in a manufacturing environment in Saint Charles, Missouri, handling final cleaning or touch-up painting of finished products before preparing and packaging them for shipment. This position supports outbound shipping via UPS and LTL truck lines and plays a key role in product quality and on-time delivery.

What We Offer

• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Weekly pay

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform final cleaning, finish prep, or touch-up painting on completed products
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and appearance standards
• Package products securely for shipment via UPS or LTL truck lines
• Prep materials and products for outbound shipping according to instructions
• Maintain an organized work area to support efficient shipping operations

To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:

• Direct experience in finish prep, product packaging, or light manufacturing roles
• Experience cleaning, prepping, or painting finished products
• Familiarity with packaging products for UPS and/or LTL freight shipment
• Ability to follow work instructions and maintain consistent quality standards
