About the Role
This Accessory Installer position works in an automotive production environment installing exterior accessories on vehicles. The primary focus is installing side steps and skid plates using hand and power tools. All shifts are available at this Wentzville, Missouri location.

What You'll Be Doing

• Install side steps and skid plates on vehicles following standard work instructions
• Use basic hand and power tools to complete accessory installations
• Inspect parts and completed installs to ensure proper fit and quality
• Work as part of a production team to meet daily output goals
• Rotate tasks as needed based on production requirements

To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:

• Direct experience as an accessory installer or in a similar mechanical installation role
• Proven mechanical ability and comfort working with tools
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality standards
