Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service Technician Dispatcher to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role is responsible for coordinating service technicians, managing incoming calls, and ensuring customers receive timely and professional support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities at once. You will play a key role in maintaining communication between customers and field technicians while keeping schedules on track. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities for the job include:

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for daily routes and service calls
• Answer and manage incoming calls on a 3-line phone system
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
• Communicate updates between customers and technicians
• Verify insurance information and service details
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office programs
• Assist with general administrative tasks in a small office setting
• Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with all parties

Experience and Skills Required:

• Previous dispatching, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Self-motivated with a positive, upbeat attitude

Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
