RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reconstruct damaged articles of various metals and alloys.
• Use hand tools, fixtures, jigs, and clamps for small welding jobs.
• Cut metal using a torch.
• Follow diagrams or sketches.
• Weld and fuse various metals to withstand strength demands while avoiding distortion.
• Regulate equipment for the work performed.
• Use the following welding processes that may include shielded metal arc, flux-cored arc, gas tungsten arc, gas metal arc, metal inert gas, gas shielded flux metal cored, and metal active gas methods.
• Certification on .040 Aluminum
• Minimum 3 years experience
