Sales Representative- $60-$80K

 

Our client in the Woodlands area is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Representative to grow new business and manage existing accounts. This role requires strong organization, a positive attitude, and the ability to close deals while maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct plant visits and execute field-based sales activities
  • Perform cold calls and warm calls to identify, qualify, and develop new leads
  • Coordinate and lead discovery calls, including:
    • Scheduling meetings
    • Taking detailed notes
    • Tracking action items
    • Following up through closing
    • Logging all activity in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Drive sales growth with a focus on high-margin, low operational impact services and products, including:
    • Technical services, consulting, testing, and laboratory services
    • Chemical and mechanical products
  • Support corporate sales initiatives as needed
  • Manage and follow up on active opportunities

 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies, action plans, and budgets with the team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, emails, meetings, opportunities)
  • Lead regional sales meetings with the Sales Manager
  • Provide occasional field technical support (sampling, testing, filter change-outs, etc.)
  • Schedule and conduct routine site visits

 

Requirements

  • 1-3 years Sales experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to travel ~50% (including overnight)
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license
