Position Overview

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $19.00–$25.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – Done (end time varies by project)

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

• Assist with spring/fall cleanups, debris removal, and general yard maintenance

• Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work truck, tools, and equipment

• Work as part of a crew to complete daily routes and meet quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Comfortable with physical labor, lifting up to 50 lbs, and being on your feet all day

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work well in a team environment
